Our Quality Control (QC) department operates an independent, fully-equipped laboratory that monitors every phase of production—from the raw material stage to the finished extract.

Testing Procedures:

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC):

The gold standard for quantifying active markers (e.g., Withanolides in Ashwagandha or Sennosides in Senna).

Gravimetric & Titrimetric Analysis:

Used for bulk assay verification of resins and saponins.

Heavy Metal & Pesticide Screening:

Essential testing to ensure our extracts meet global safety limits for Lead, Arsenic, Mercury, and Cadmium.

Microbiological Testing:

Comprehensive analysis for Total Plate Count, Yeast, Mold, and pathogens (E. coli, Salmonella).

Inspection Process:

Our inspection protocol starts at the farm level. We inspect raw herbs for foreign organic matter, moisture content, and ash values before they are accepted into our warehouse. During extraction, “In-Process Quality Control” (IPQC) teams monitor temperature, solvent ratios, and flow rates to prevent the degradation of heat-sensitive phyto-compounds.

Consistency Checks:

To ensure that “Batch A” is identical to “Batch Z,” we perform:

TLC Fingerprinting:

Thin Layer Chromatography is used to compare each batch against a standard reference sample to ensure the full spectrum of the plant is captured.

Particle Size Distribution (PSD):

We ensure uniform mesh sizes for optimal solubility and blendability in your final formulations.

Organoleptic Standardization:
